Pure Imagination PriceSafe ("PriceSafe", "we", "us", or "our") helps Shopify merchants monitor product prices for possible mistakes. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when a merchant installs or uses PriceSafe.

Information we process

To provide PriceSafe, we process the following business information:

• Shopify store and installation information, including the shop domain and the authenticated user details Shopify provides to us.
• Product and variant details needed for price monitoring: identifiers, titles, SKUs, prices, currency, and—when Shopify makes it available— unit cost.
• Price baselines, monitoring rules, detected alerts, and records of reference-price restorations.
• The alert email address a merchant chooses, and delivery records for the alerts we send.

How we use information

We use this information only to authenticate the app, establish and compare price baselines, identify possible pricing mistakes, deliver requested alerts, restore a reference price after a merchant confirms the action, provide support, and keep the service secure and reliable. PriceSafe does not change product prices automatically.

Service providers and sharing

We use Shopify to access the store data a merchant authorizes, Render to host PriceSafe, and Resend to deliver merchant-requested email alerts. We do not sell personal information or use store data for advertising.

Retention and deletion

We retain PriceSafe data only while it is needed to provide the service. When a merchant uninstalls PriceSafe, we remove that shop's stored PriceSafe data and authentication session. We also honor Shopify's shop-data erasure process. PriceSafe does not request or store customer or order data.
