PURE IMAGINATION APPS

Support and feedback

A question, a problem, or an idea for the next version? We would love to hear from you.

To help us help you

Please include your Shopify store domain, what you expected to happen, and a screenshot or the text of any error message if you have one. Never send passwords, API keys, or payment information by email.

What PriceSafe does

PriceSafe saves reference prices, watches for suspicious changes, sends alerts, and lets an authorized merchant restore a saved reference price after confirmation. It never changes prices automatically.
